To order a repeat prescription
- Use a request form on our website
- Use your nearest Pharmacy for non urgent repeat requests with a 7 day turnaround.
- Use the repeat ordering slip on your previous prescription.
We do not take requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.
All prescriptions received after 3pm will require 72 hours to process.
Prescription collection times for repeat medication
Lansdowne Surgery: 11am to 4pm
For on the day acute prescriptions the GP will advise you of the collection time from reception.
Westway Surgery: Your prescription will be ready for collection after 4pm in 3 days after your order has been received. Only order a repeat prescription if you have less than 7 days of medication remaining.
For patients collecting from Pearn’s Pharmacy Wilson Road please allow 5 working days from the day you order until you collect from the pharmacy. Please also ring this Pharmacy in advance if you are collecting a ‘one off’ prescription to avoid a potential wait and pressure on the Pharmacy staff; Pearn’s Wilson Road does not have the space to make up and store acute prescriptions in advance of collection.
We can also post your prescription to you if you provide us with a stamped, addressed envelope.
